Ventilators are one of COVID’s largest engineering challenges. There is an all-out flurry to figure out good distribution, new manufacturing, and maintenance of existing hardware. For each new patient, they need a small connector that safely connects their inhalation and exhalation tubes to the central one that goes into their lungs. And wait times are currently long.

The part we are currently producing is for the Hamilton G5 Ventilator. The simple “Y” shape is repeated in other vents, which we can model and print safely as well.
