Field Sites

Dr. Andi Tenner is a boss.

She is one of the primary coordinators of alternative health sites in the emergency health response to COVID-19 for San Francisco. Previously, she helped coordinate the ebola response in Sierra Leone.

She has been setting up field hospital sites around the Bay Area, popping up in tents and other locales, with headquarters at Moscone Center. To keep her staff of 100 protected, she needed face shields. Working with the Department of Health, the one shield design they approved for this use was the Budmen style, one of the two we have been producing. She called last night, and we brought down 500 this morning.
